It simply means it's not a full blown restaurant as the mother locations. Best to order over the phone in advance. Also try to reduce the tahini as it is very liquid and will end up on you instead of in you. Business Advice: need to speed up your service. Need to smile. The customer treatment with all the customers who walked in was too dry and transactional. Your food is good, improving the other aspects will improve your business.

The old guy at the cash doesn't have the ability to interact with customers. This old guy tries to put as little vegetables in your $12 wrap as possible, and when you ask for a bit more, you get a dirty look from this guy like he is gonna go bankrupt because you asked for a bit more of vegetables. I'm also concerned about health and safety of this place, because I have witnessed off duty employee without uniform going into the kitchen and grabbing food with her bare hand. No wonder a reviewer below found a cockroach from their restaurant. Don't trust paid reviewers here.

Delicious food and healthy options. Meat skewer options (lamb/beef) a bit pricey. I would choose the falafel option over any Meat!

Delicious sandwiches that are pretty filling specially when you get them in Laffa. My personal favorite is their Chicken Schnitzel sandwich. Usually open late which is a plus.

Great food, no comment on food quality. But oh my god! Staff! I don't know what is wrong with the people in this place! The waitress that she had a tattoo under her right ear and the boy at the register. Twice I was getting almost shouted at just for asking questions about the food. I belive as a professional in food industry, first step is to respect the customer. At least answer their questions with a good addtued and respect. They need to do better.
