Red Lobster

Wonderful service. I went with my family and they took care of us really well. My Father's food was a bit spicy and they replaced it in less than 10 minutes without charging me for the extra food. The new management is so friendly and greeted us with a warm tone. He told us to come back and we definitely will. It was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed our meals.

Highly organized and coordinated management with well defined roles for the various personnel. You are in excellent hands from arrival. Food is of very high quality. Service is top notch. Facilities are well maintained. Atmosphere is very welcoming. Its a fish lovers heaven amongst others.

I had given them a 5 star rating but I had to go back and change it, especially since my family has said they won't be going back. They had a calamari appetizer that was so fresh and delicious with deep fried broccoli. They replaced this app after so many years with calamari that I am sure they bought in the frozen section at Wal-Mart. In other words, it was awful! AND they took away the salads that always came with the meal because, we were told by the server, their competitors don't serve salads. Which competitors? Because I know I have to drive from Aurora to have lobster and crab so there are no competitors really. I also want to mention that there is way too much salt. I had to drink 4 glasses of water to feel normal again. It was a huge disappointment and we all decided we aren't going back. It's pretty expensive as it Is but what looks to me like cutting corners makes it No longer worth it for me.

My family and I went to Red Lobster on march 30, 2018 and what a great experience. We had jimmy as our waiter and he was fantastic. He was efficient, friendly and had great jokes. Best experience my family and I have had at the thornhill location! Thumbs up!!!

Staff was extremely pleasant, patient and helpful. It had been some time since I'd visited the chain and was frankly expecting the quality to have gone downhill somewhat but at least here it was pretty good. I've always had a problem with the shrimp - cooked far too many ways and used as a relatively inexpensive upscale side - and that really hasn't changed. Too much butter, garlic powder and deep frying for my tastes. The tilapia, as well, is a heavily farmed fish with unremarkable flavour that represents the fish for the most part. Both of these complaints are really more about the franchise than this restaurant, however, and the other items our party had were very tasty. We had a fussy member of the party and we never felt rushed or ignored. And yes, they still serve those free biscuits, so what are you waiting for?
