Worst service ever! Two weeks ago, i went to your châteauguay store to buy bottles for me. This old lady at the cash was aggressive and asking inappropriate questions. She categorically refused that I buy my bottles because I was with my 21 year old son. She got me so angry with her mingling attitude, I left your chateauguay store to go to Mercier store with my same and only son and bought all my same bottles for me. THEY had an excellent customer service. Needless to say, I will never return to your store and neither anyone from my extended family.

And now it's 2024 and I get told that they don't speak English since it's the SAQ by a very rude employee. Too bad the one rotten apple rots the rest. I'll take my business elsewhere. I'll be glad to be gone from this province. As for the response from the owner, no it was not a positive experience, tell your employees they live in Canada and that a little English won't kill them, it will make them more educated.

Clean, well stocked and consistently following covid precautions. The staff are knowledgeable and give great recommendations. The store underwent a huge renovation last year and now the store looks far modern. I appreciate the regularly showcased products. **LGBTQ friendly
