Love the customer service of Louanne charging 3 dollars for same day printing... when I'm picking up the prints the next day. Refused to do *2* prints when she was not working on anything else at that point in time. I go here regularly to print my art, sometimes 100+ prints at a time. I'm looking elsewhere after these 2 are done. Literally every other member on the printing team has done the printing on the spot, regardless the time of day. Refusing to do it AND charging a premium for something not done that day is stupidity.

Today I was in store branch #209 and was refused service to return a shower head I bought from Amazon.nnThe rep Benjamin, immediately told me they don’t do that here, I pointed to the big red sign in front of his desk that confirms this is an Amazon return drop off point. As though now he’s looking for a different reason not to help me he then looked at my items and told me I have to buy a box. I confirmed with him that Amazon made it very clear that their deal with staples is that staples will handle packing, labelling and shipping at no cost to the client. It’s even confirmed on the shipping label with the QR code. Yet still the agent Benjamin refused to take the package. I asked him if it’s because I speak English why he’s refusing to serve me, as it’s not clear to me why there is an issue with me following through on bringing back my articles with no box as the instructions clearly says I’m allowed to do… I owned the shower head for a week, and wasn’t expecting to have to return it. Naturally I don’t keep empty boxes laying around my house. Furthermore since he insisted I need a box, I found some old folded Amazon boxes just beside his desk, they are not being used and they will be recycled no doubt. He immediately took the boxes out of my hands, placed them down and again insisted I have to go to the aisle and buy a new box I don’t care if the box costs 5$ or 20$ it’s the principle at this point.nnThe whole time he was acting impatient like I’m the one wasting his time, he was rude and very combattive.nnAs a customer who uses “bureau en gros” as my go-to for office supplies, school supplies for the kids, electronic accessories like USB’s and Nintendo dollars for the kids, I’m disgusted… he had no right making this difficult at all and its going to leave a bitter taste in my mouth visiting this branch for a long time.nnI decided to snap pictures of my shower head in the sealable bag I brought , I have a picture of the empty and undone boxes that were laying around next to his desk, two pictures showing the reason I’m returning the item in the first place broken nut and a picture of the agent Benjamin with his name tag visible. I will also include a screenshot of the return instructions just to show how ridiculous all this is. Benjamin needs a vacation or to keep his micro-agressions on a leach at home when he goes in to work. This is not the level of service I’ve come to expect from a damn good business. I expect a damn good apology too. I had to bring my broken shower head back home with me, get on the phone with Amazon, and have them agree to pick it up at my house instead. They can’t even guarantee what time they’ll get to my house to pick it up tomorrow so I’m grounded from running any other errands just to not miss them when they get here. I’m furious… and Benjamin, if not the whole store is lucky I didn’t show just how mad this made me. You need to make this right.

Came today at 12.15 and empoyee at entrance that greets u is on his cell. We ask for help instead of guiding us he tells us its that way and goes back on his cell. We end up askijg the help of another employee that guided us.
