This place is awesome! So much stuff to do! There's a lake to swim or fish or go boating in, they have a splash pad a couple different pools as well, golfing.  They have a killer ice cream Shoppe that's  not that expensive. $10 for 5 cones. We had a great time here and didn't even get to do/see half of what they have to offer...will definitely be coming back.

Zero stars if I could for a place that has been offered free TNR of community cats and refused the offer.  The cats have been previously cared for by residents.  New management has now elected to trap and eradicate.  Mostly they don't check the traps and the cats are freezing  or starving to death instead.  I have no idea why they would refuse such a generous offer of a great program.  I hope no members pets get caught.  Dispicable!

Poor road conditions and ugly. Loud rude 10PM fireworks multiple times a week in summer. Immature and unprofessional attitude by ownership.
