Made an order mid-november, ship to store for pickup. No calls, no emails to notify me to pick up. Emailed customer care Nov 28, followed up Dec 4, no replies. Spoke to live chat, gotta deal with store, that doesnt have its sh*t together. Great. Not going to ship to store or purchase at this store again.
