The owner is always on site and you can bargain directly with him. Lots of Macbooks and iPhones for such a small store. Installations and deliveries always on time or sooner. Nothing to complain about.

Shaun is a great guy. Friendly, honest, and very knowledgable about phones! If you are in the market for a secondhand phone you cannot find a better place for a quality piece of hardware.

Great prices and service. We bought a used iPhone for $250 less than at the mall. Worth a visit! Update May 2019. We had a problem with the phone, it was replaced without any issues, great customer service.

Went on a Saturday at 6.30 PM in the evening, only to find the store closed. Though they've mentioned that they close at 7 PM, they close early.
