Amazing customer service! The staff at QCS are very kind, and pleasure to deal with. Other stores might sell you a machine, but there's no way they'll take the time to show you how to use it. Plus, it's comforting to know that if you have any problems, it can be repaired in-house.

I am based in Montreal and have dealt with QCS Fabian, Roya and Marie. Great customer service, and follow-up delivery from Switzerland was delayed...understandable because of the situation. Pulled my first shot today...and cheers to you people at QCS !! Thanks for everything
