They don't push you to buy from them but take time to explain details about the jackets and make excellent suggestions based on your needs especially the gentleman named Shawn - he's very knowledgable about NorthFace jackets. They refused to do an exchange on an online purchase made even though they are a retailer for north face as per their policy

Products are really good, and this is a case of you get what you pay for. Don't expect to get a bargain in the store, and don't expect to walk right in. The wait to actually step inside was about 10 to 15 minutes. I did find what I was looking for in there but this was only a shopping trip for me. I found the exact same thing yesterday in the store have less than half the price here. No question I will be returning to the other store to purchase the items I need.

Recently I discovered that my parka purchased from this shop had a minor deficiency a slight tear in a seam. The staff were very proactive in resolving the issue. I would recommend North Face products and this shop in particular. Their staff provide excellent customer service, have great knowledge of their products, and are eager to provide solutions when needed.
