Very nice sales staffs and true professionals. They don't push you to buy from them but take time to explain details about the jackets and make excellent suggestions based on your needs especially the gentleman named Shawn - he's very knowledgable about NorthFace jackets. I would highly recommend this shop if you want to gear up for Winnipeg winter.

I was there a fee days ago .I find the quality of the clothing is exceptional. I bought two jackets for my granddaughters. The staff are always helpful

They refused to do an exchange on an online purchase made even though they are a retailer for north face as per their policy
Products are really good, and this is a case of you get what you pay for. Don't expect to get a bargain in the store, and don't expect to walk right in. The wait to actually step inside was about 10 to 15 minutes. I did find what I was looking for in there but this was only a shopping trip for me. I found the exact same thing yesterday in the store have less than half the price here. No question I will be returning to the other store to purchase the items I need.
Recently I discovered that my parka purchased from this shop had a minor deficiency a slight tear in a seam. The staff were very proactive in resolving the issue. I would recommend North Face products and this shop in particular. Their staff provide excellent customer service, have great knowledge of their products, and are eager to provide solutions when needed.
