Exceptional customer service from this location. Rachel provided an outstanding experience when I was on the fence about which direction to go with a dye change. Her supervisor (my apologies, I didn't get her name) was also quick to assist and provide great advice and guidance. I feel they went above and beyond and it was one of the most lovely shopping experiences I've had. As a hair addict, they are now my dedicated dealers. Thanks!
