Visited the store today. Lots of missing bolts, and a ladder that wasn't chained off. My understanding is that every cross-beam needs a bolt fastened to the face of the beam?! Passed 8 or so associates, with two people asking if I needed help. Store however, was clean.

Friendly and helpful staff that always enhances my experience. Self checkout is available. However, I still enjoy the interpersonal interactions with the cashiers, with few that you can find these days.

Waited forever on hold just to talk to an actual person, the chick had no idea what she was talking about, transferred me then they hung up the call. I was polite, calm, and respectful. Hope they get more knowledgable and better customer service representatives

I've called the store to explain to customer service that my card was charged for the amount of a return that I did. Cheryl seemed annoyed and not very willing to help. When I became frustrated with her attitude, she cut me off in the middle of my sentence to tell me she will get a manager. The phone then disconnected. When I tried to contact the store back, it kept disconnecting. As I finally got in touch with Chelsea, a supervisor, she did not take any accountability for her employee's actions. Although she was able to assist with my issue, she did not seem concerned with the lack of professionalism of her team. Very disappointing experience.
