Recently had my 2 dogs groomed here for the first time. Having had my dogs groomed at several other groomers in the past with mixed results, I wanted to see how this Pet Valu location would compare. My wife and I were very pleased with the results; one of our dogs is a little difficult to groom as he makes a fuss while being groomed however after having tired him out before hand, the groomer did an exceptional job on him, as well as our bigger dog. Thank you and we will be back again!

Management is amazing! My favourite employee is Kaicey! What a go getter she is! She always knows exactly what my pet needs. I suggest asking for her anytime you're there.

Easy 5! I called this morning for a grooming appointment and they were booked. However, after a cancellation they called me back (I didn't even leave my number they must have just remembered me from the morning), and got me in this afternoon! Honestly probably the best customer service I have ever seen, great job pet valu Bowmanville :)
