I’m not a real fan of Canadian Tire, but I was in shopping for an item, and Lucas was a great help. Very knowledgeable for young man and willing to help. It’s rare that you find anybody that knows anything about their department these days that work in Canadian Tire. But this gentleman was great.

Now it's 5 stair for it being better then oshawa onenBut bought 48 pack red christmas balls from bowmanville canadian tire..that didn't have any string to hang them. Who buys christmas ornaments balls with no string.?? To hang on your christmas

Just going to say. If someone calls to place an item on hold as they live in three other cities, the item can not be held. Not even for an hour ? Lol, sometimes we need to help customers out. Customer service ... the person said the owner does not allow holds... I'm driving there and will purchase the item.. that item should and could be held for an hour... and if they are not there u put it back on the shelf. I was a store manager and to make a customer happy especially if they are traveling to my location I would honor that. Sometimes we need to think outside the box

Automotive Service Garage was awful to deal with. I was travelling and ended up with a flat tire. I was driving on a donut and pulled into the garage so I can get a new tire. The service person at the desk asked if I had an appointment buddy, I didn’t plan on having a flat tire so I didn’t make an appointment. Proceeded to advise me they couldn’t see me till June 4th…really my god I was on the road…. Sorry can’t help you!nI would not recommend the service department to anyone…nShame on you, we are all busy but sometimes things happen but they didn’t accommodate this traveller. I would’ve have waited… but not there!
