Sakura Japanese Restaurant

Whenever I feel like eating out or ordering delivery & having some authentic sushi I always ONLY order from here because the whole staff is extremely nice and accommodating! The sushi is always fresh & the food that is cooked is always nice and hot when served or when delivered. The prices for everything on the menu are very fair for the service you get & the type & quality of food you’re receiving. They are also very fast for delivering freshly made complex food! Especially with the fact that I order a bunch of different stuff and they never let me down in any category for food service. I’m so glad I found a great sushi place near where I live, so now I can splurge on my favorite foods and have 100% confidence that the food & service is always going to be great.

Nice place that's quiet enough to have a conversation without talking loud. Helpful waitstaff and inviting atmosphere, family friendly too. I had all cooked items, but the rolls were all tight and tasty.

Best sushi in Mchenry County! Friend took me here for birthday dinner. LOVE this place. I'm absolutely obsessed! The sushi is SO delicious! Also loved the miso cod and the steak. And it's fast too. And unpretentious.

The service is always quick and good! Their house salad is delicious and they are very generous with the dressing. It was so yummy I bought a bottle of it to take home ;) All the rolls we had were really tasty too!

Between the warm towelets, good tea, and great sushi is a very welcoming and polite staff. As me and a friend finished off our appetizers the next part of our meal was brought out right away. Over all a great restaurant.
