If you would like to experience real Japanese meals in Montreal, this is where  you must go. Japanese in Montreal reccomends Sakura. Importantly, cheff is from Japan. Bento is great too.

Very authentic, humble staff, great good. They serve soup, dessert and tea not sure, I did not get any with their main courses, which explains the price.

Quiet out of the way restaurant. Can sit and have a relaxing non hurried lunch/dinner. Service was efficient and polite.

Excellent, fresh sashimi was served beautifully. The ingredients in the steak teriyaki were top grade and cooked to perfection. I would recommend this beautifully decorated restaurant to anyone who asks me where to enjoy a fine dining experience in Montreal.
