I was told by the sales person he would order 2 items of Marco Bicego jewellery for me. I paid for 50% of the items. About $ 1,500.00 That was in Aug. It is now Dec. When I email the sales person there is a absolutely no response. I will need to take this a few steps further. This is absolutely disgusting customer service!

Beautiful store...felt like a rockstar with the level of personal service.

Rather than coming over to help me pick out some products, the employee chooses to check and make sure the all the belt rack is locked when I was browsing the belts. Employees wearing work clothes thinks they are high class and automatically judge a client base on what they wear but they make pennies. What a joke.
