I went in with a customer service issue and was genuinely helped by Joanna, the manager. I was very impressed with her knowledge and willingness to problem solve with me. Fantastic experience at this location. I love my sunglasses and look forward to my next pair from this location, instead of online due to great service.

Not a good costumer service Also it says 50% in accessories although they decide which ones, Very disappointed.

The lady associate in store today was very rude, I guess she doesn’t know what’s customer service. Reluctant to help and didn’t care explaining.
