Club Monaco Chinook

Went to Club Monaco - at Chinook Centre, as I needed an outfit for an upcoming wedding this long week-end! I was so impressed by the clothing and the help that I received from Devon and some other staff members who where so friendly. Devon help me put together a few outfits that are interchangeable. So helpful, friendly and made me feel so good in my new outfits. I will be back. Thank you so much Devon!

When you go there and the staff make you feel you did not buy enough... Too obvious they have a cut and have a smile because of it before the credit card is out of your wallet... Perfect example of a failed tip/bonus mechanism.

I recently bought clothes at this location. The service was excellent. It is rather unfortunate that I did not take the name if the gentleman and lady who were on staff. I will definitely return to shop at this location.

Kevin was awesome! The best customer service I could ask for. I’ve been looking for a dress for 3 weeks for a wedding that is in 2 days. I literally tried on every skirt and dress on in the store , not once but twice! I found a dress!!! Kevin, you really are the best, thank you so much :

I had exceptionally good service today. Erin I think she may be the manager was very helpful and accommodating.

Iris was amazing help. Very patient, showing us many different options and going to the trouble to let us know the washing/handling. Even when some issues came up, she was so comforting & helpful to our grandma.

Fantastic service! I've only started to shop at Club Monaco recently, but all my experiences have been very good. The staff are very friendly, and the store is always tidy. However, price point of Club Monaco is fairly high and the sales aren't as frequent or as good as Banana Republic.

This store doesn't even deserve a 1 star. The asian employees of the store are so judgemental. They wont even greet anybody or help out who is not theIR race or isn't dressed upto their judgemental standards. Seriously guys? I am sorry if I didnt come to your store bathed in Gucci and Louis Vuitton!! I would happily go to the club monaco in CORE.

Great clothing store with plenty of casual and business fashion. It's a bit pricey but they do offer a student discount, so bring in your ID.
