Oak + Fort

I had such an amazing shopping experience at the Chinook location. Kenny was so kind and I enjoyed his positive attitude and energy on a Black Friday weekend. Not to mention, everyone else in the store was also so friendly and welcoming. I took the wrong size of almost everything and no one showed even a tiny bit of irritation to get me everything in a different size. After chatting with the store manager, I realized no wonder all the staff were so positive and kind. I always like Oak and Fort but this is by far my best experience!

First time shopping at Oak + Fort and I couldn’t have had a better first experience. Upon entering the store I was greeted, and then a lady whose name I wish I could remember helped me find items I was looking for, and started me a fitting room immediately. In the dressing room, En I hope I remembered that correctly and the first girl continued to provide me with excellent customer service. Overall, great experience and I found some super cute fall items for my wardrobe. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Abby & Kenny are the absolute best! I was in such a rush, didn’t know what size fit best I was a chaotic client BUT THEY DID EVERYTHING to make me feel confident in trying new styles, pulling new items from all over the store to see what suited my body type! I loved my experience so much I went back literally two days later to buy more!! Abby & Kenny you guys are literally the reason I’m coming back to this location! & also the vibe was Very clean, organized it was incredibly relaxing to shop in. Thank you guys for being so sweet and making me feel so comfortable OK BYE XO

I had a really lovely experience at this location. The staff were very helpful while I was trying to find a dress for my sister's wedding and made me feel so lovely in the dress I chose. Such a lovely gem in the mall with great prices!

The staff are super friendly and helpful, some are talented stylists and helped me put together outfits for work. Clothing is a little expensive but the quality is good. Beautiful interior design too.

We were invited to the big change room to try on a few merchandises. It took us a little longer time to try on the clothes and deciding the perfect fit, and around 15 minutes in, the customer service lady asked us if we were done. We apologized for our slowness, but 3 minutes later she came back and explained that the change room we used were for disabled people and we need to hurry up. After we went out and apologized the second time, the customer service representatives were looking at us strangely - in a judgemental manner. We love the store and shop here often, but it’s saddening that we experienced this - It was an unpleasant experience.

Keni at the Chinook location was so friendly and looked for a pair of pants I wanted for so long an found them! Thank you for the wonderful service!

luckily EVERY time I have gone into this store I have been helped by the sweetest sales associate Cassie! She is so friendly and helpful with suggestions, she is the BEST. Ask for her when you into Oak and Fort, she is sooo helpful and honest - which i really appreciate! Also the manager there he was also so kind and welcoming. Great store overall

I really like Oak + Fort clothes - they are stylish, comfortable, good quality, and reasonably priced. However, I would recommend staying away from the jewelry. I purchased a pair of cute earrings, and they were designed or manufactured so thick that they couldn't fit into my piercings. I tried to return or exchange them because they literally would not fit in my piercings, and the store manager refused to provide a return or exchange.

Horrible customer service. They had no products, the products they did have were dirty or poor quality. Would not recommend. Writing a review on behalf of someone.
