I didn’t know much about size or what kind of leggings to get, but a girl named Jordan gave me a hand and was an absolute sweetheart throughout the entire process. She explained to me which leggings were best for what activities, and when I tried them on and was concerned about the crease lines, she told me when I wash them it’ll come out and they did and then explained to me exactly how to wash them to make sure they last as long as possible. I was sad that I didn’t find the leggings I wanted in the blue colour as I wanted pockets, but she found some without me even asking! I made sure to get her name as she was everything a retail employee should be and then some. Thank you for making the process so easy for me Jordan! You really went above and beyond and I’m in love with my leggings you helped me pick out!
Indefinitely some of the poorest customer service I’ve received in a long time. The facility itself is nicely laid out, the floors are kept relatively clean considering traffic of this location, the lighting is nice, but the staff are very exemplary of the quality of service you could expect for under $25/hour. If I could justify shopping at Lulu more, then I would definitely do it online. In general, I am also relatively dissatisfied by Lulu in the last few years with quality of craftsmanship regarding their products. Lulu used to be superior but with time the brand has lost its value especially in comparison to Outdoor Research and especially Arc’teryx. I appreciate that Lulu offers discounts to military/law enforcement, public servants and professional athletes, however I find that doesn’t outweigh the general starvation of quality found with Lulu. If someone is looking for comfortable and stylish clothing then I would urge them to look elsewhere.
I wanted to share a great experience at this store! I'm a trans woman, who has not ever really felt comfortable shopping, but the staff at this store were beyond friendly, and made me feel extremely comfortable! Thank you for having a great staff!
The male staff member in the fitting room was definitely rude and not helping at all. I was asking for any 'short' version of the skirt just because i tried a 'long' version of it. It was written on the tag. He didn't even look at me or the product and just kept saying 'no'. The lady next to him tried to help me to scan the barcode, but he looked skeptical about it and attitude wasn't there. So if you don't like your job or don't know how to treat your customer with proper attitude, you better find other job. I will not go back to this store ever again because of him.
busy, not the best selection picked over, had deodorant & makeup on items i wanted to try on a few times now. maybe need more people on or staff better trained. love the clothing tho :
Ended up buying a zip hoody as the clothes are good but was not a fan of this location. After visiting many stores that day, this one was too crowded, music was too loud and the selection was pretty tiny. Overall I wanted to get out sooner then later, which i did.
Had the worse experience of my lulu lemon shopping ever. I only wanted to try leggings. I wanted 23 inch length but with the trade off between many employees 3 girls, was lost in transition of my goals. Pockets with 23 inch in green, and black for indoor gym use for cardio. Had to order online and I hated that too. And I was given way to many shirts options for lack of hanger spaces.
I went in for new pants. The whole process was easy, all of the employees I dealt with were kind and helpful. They offer free hemming on most of their pants and mine were done within 4 business days!
On July 25, 2022, a salesperson with long blond hair and a red bag is very rude! I tried to ask her for help and she completely ignored me, she only offered to help white people. Very bad experience! Racial discrimination in Canada for the first time
Val at the leggings counter was an amazing help today! She showed me a handful of different options in leggings and shorts for running! Was able to find a great pair of shorts! Super happy I came in, I’ll be back just for her expertise
