Mr. Lube

Can't say enough about how much these guys helped us out today. While visiting in Saint John, we got a nail through the sidewall of a tire. They didn't have a tire our size, found one for us at Canadian Tire, held our place in line while we went to go get it, serviced is when we returned, and even got us a discount. So polite. So nice. So kind. Thank you so much!

I don't recommend this place anymore; they are not honest. I went last Friday to do my oil change and the personnel were trying to cheat me making me believe my oil level was very low and I had to acquire additional services and supplies before to put the new oil. When I got off of the car and check by myself the oil level was correct.nnI have been a frequent client of this business for last 2 years and customer service was always fantastic. Unfortunately, it has changed.

I would not RECOMMEND this location of Mr Lube at all!nThey took a VERY LONG TIME to check in customers this morning, they seemed confused, the staff were all over the place, the owner was just telling the workers what to do, but on a busy morning like this I would have liked to see him do some more work.nnI had a tire pressure issue, I waited OVER 2 HOURS to get my vehicle checked, and when it was my turn it was a 2 seconds VISIT and they were focused on THROWING ME OUT THE DOOR rather than fixing the issue!nnI would have appreciated if they put some air in my tires but clearly they do not have common sense to do that.nnI must say the owner did print out some locations with tires as he did not have my specific one, and I appreciate that, but for waiting for HOURS to be seen I would have appreciated a kind gesture of air in the tires. BRUTAL EXPERIENCE my morning was wasted! Seems like they do not have enough mechanic shops in the area of St Johns! I highly urge people to study this trade, or open more shops! Seemed pretty ridiculous that Canadian Tire did not take anyone and said they were short staffed, and this place that was OVER STAFFED clearly could not work diligent enough.

Got two of my tires change on a Sunday afternoon. No Problem. Great customer service, highly recommended.

Had another oil change and tire install this am. Got there at 7:30 so I could be first in line. The staff are very professional , no crazy upsell all in all an enjoyable experience. I was even offered a drink while I waited! Thanks for being such a great place to do business!!!
