Absolutely terrible service came in with a party of 4 after about 15 or 20 minutes we left not once did anyone talk to us

Called to make a order tonight and was treated so poorly! I told my order and the lady asks for a clarification of what type of beef I wanted, I asked my wife and immediately replied within ten seconds. The lady on the phone had put the phone down to handle another customer, which I can understand if they are busy and she's the only one working the front and the phone, but instead of checking to see if I was ready to order or saying can you please hold, she hangs up on me. I call back and ask if we had a bad connection and she says "no I hung up because you took too long". 10 seconds isn't that much time. I asked if they are that busy does she even want my order, and she responds "that's up to you. Don't waste my time." Needless to say I did not place a order and I will be making sure everyone I know does not order from here.
