KFC

This place is the worse service a person has seen. Ordered in the drive through half dozen times over the last few months. Every time something wrong . This time only part of the order was correct. Went back plus asked for the manager an got fought with saying it was correct. Food was cold and missing. Total joke and waste of time. A big ZERO for me.

I should have heeded the previous reviews on this location. where to start, yes it is too damn cold inside. ordered crispy chicken burger with NO MAYO, had to scrape all the lettuce off along with the MAYO. The drink machine NO FIZZ in any of the drinks and the ice dispenser didn't dispense ice. when i told them the drinks have no fizz, she said, we will get you ice. English might be a stretch to understand at this location. On the upside, everything is freshly made because it's not busy at all over meal times. So if you like fresh food but don't care what you end up getting, this is the place for you.

When one is looking to consume "fast-food" they should rate the establishment on the level in which that genre of food comes from. KFC is a simple fast food chain that cooks high fat, high carb foods for people looking for something decadent to eat. It is not high-end dining and should not be expected to deliver that. It is fast food on a very cheap budget...so in saying that do not expect more than you would from your local "teen-age employed" fast food restaurant. When you order from any chain of this capacity you follow 3 golden rules: 1--Check your dang order before you drive or walk away--they employ teenagers with an attention span similar to a gnat --if you fail to follow that rule you have nobody to blame but YOURSELF. 2--Always have the window attendant REPEAT your order--review rule #1 for reasons. 3--If you pull into parking lot and the drive-thru is slammed and people are waiting inside with receipts but no food: you have a 100% chance of not getting your food FAST!! Enter at your own risk but do not complain about it if you do. Being a kid from the 80's we grew up with KFC on special occasions and so even today I still frequent the chain for their crispy, high fat, chicken. This KFC has very polite employees especially a lady named, Evelyn, who has helped us with orders that have been wrong. IT is cold inside so I never stay to eat. I have never left without the food that I ordered as I follow the above rules. As far as KFC's go this is one of the best.

The service was absolutely wonderful, here. They get 5 stars, just for that! I haven't had KFC in a long time and it wasn't as good as I remember, but I refuse to fault this location.

HORRIBLE service. Waited 20 minutes in the drive through, after ordering, for 4 items. I received a wrong item, and the rice in my 7 layer burrito was crunchy. Also, it was the most pathetic 7 layer burrito I've ever seen.
