Ricky's All Day Grill - Okotoks

The servers really take care of you here. My boyfriend and I go in and one of the servers remembers us every time, and our orders. They're kind and seem to genuinely care how you're meal was by the end of the visit. Weekends are busy but come on a weekday morning and it'll be 5 star service.

The food was alright and our server was really nice but we found so many hairs in our food. We found a hair in our nachos which I don't suggest getting as the cheese wasn't melted, they used the crappy coloured nachos, and it just wasn't very good but we found a hair in that. We also had a hair on our sausage and just on our plate and there was a hair INSIDE of the pancakes. They made a fuss when we said we weren't paying for it and when we confronted them about it they said the first hair was their fault but there was no way the other hairs were their fault so we asked if they wore hair nets and they said no they just wear hats. so it was 100% their fault. I do not suggest eating here at all. Eat at a different restaurant.

Good service to start, but didn't last. Received only one refill on my coffee. Shared dish ordered was given with an extra plate, requiring my elderly parents to work for themselves. Don't people go to a restaurant to be served instead of doing the work for themselves? We are working more for ourselves in full service establishments than ever before, and yet we don't get discounts. Hmmmm. Disappointing

Poor service. Food didn't taste fresh and the two poutine we ordered were cold. Don't recommend on a weekend evening. Go to the Seton Ricky's instead

Used to love coming here for breakfast with the old owner, the new owners are running this business into the ground. Took an hour to get the food, and as I was paying for the meal, I said to my family "Wow, they have upped the prices" I turned around to leave, and one of the workers must have heard me and told me to "Piss off". Not happy. Not coming back.
