This place was fantastic and it’s local, well if you live in cabbage town. The food is priced right, the service was excellent. The patio is not big, but the front open up and crates a lively atmosphere. The menu has many mouth watering items one can enjoy. Bring the family or bring a date you will not be disappointed.
First time trying, definitely won’t be the last! Chicken spring rolls were huge - and very delicious. Got the Vermicelli bowl with spring roll and grilled pork. Really impressed with the presentation, flavour, and portions. Restaurant is very clean and welcoming feeling. If you’re looking for great Vietnamese food in the east end, look no further. Can’t wait to try their Thai food offerings as well!
Great food. Big portions. Clean place. Ordered a soup, a starter, and a main course between 2 people and were completely full after. Only able to finish the food because it was damn tasty. Place is clean, big clean bathrooms as well.
The food was pretty good and the portion size was decent. The service was very mom and poppy, got some orders wrong but that's okay. The ambience was decent with some decorations it was spacious. We ordered the crispy tofu which tasted a little bit like veggie McDonald's nuggets fried very well but I don't think I would order it again. We also had the spicy noodles and that was pretty good. I would say order it if you are confident in your spice tolerance because it truly is spicy.
The best place for Vietnamese-Thai food in the city. The service is unmatched, and the atmosphere of the staff is very family like. The quality of the ingredients is fresh which translates to an amazing meal. Not my first time here and definitely not my last. The location is even good for a family dinner or a friend gathering. Love it here!
Theirs a lovely Vietnamese restaurant that serves very great cuisine. Haven't ordered anything yet, deliver for them through the food courier industry. There Dine-ins are now available, go and have some chow. Just totally in love in what they served which is mouth watering Again check them out
This place is very spacious and can accommodate big groups of people! The portions are generous and tastes pretty good. It has the classic phos and also special soup options. It tastes pretty good and homey. I'd come back Food: 4/5
Saigon Pai is the absolute best Vietnamese restaurant in the area. The Pho and Bun Bo Hue broth was rich and bursting in flavour without relying on heavy salt, msg or lard like other Vietnamese restaurants in the neighborhood. The shrimp spring rolls and chicken satay skewers are a must try and the Thai menu here is also definitely worth checking out. It's very rare for a Viet-Thai restaurant to get both cuisines right, but Saigon Pai manages to do both cuisines with justice. The restaurant recently underwent a renovation and the dining room looks amazing; very chic and modern. Service was spot on, very inviting and very helpful. Thank you for a wonderful experience, see you next time!
This has been our to go place for the last 2 years. We discovered Saigon Pai one day we were in the area and wanted to try something new, and I'm glad we did!! The food is delicious! Our faves are Som Tum, Mango Salad, Pho Dac Biet, Bun, Khao Soi and their Vietnamese Ice Coffee. The food is amazing, portion sizes are great, prices are on point, service is quick and super friendly, so if you are in the area I'd 100 percent recommend this gem. Shout out to Jurme for always taking care of us. We can proudly call ourselves "regulars" of Saigon Pai.
Ordered multiple times from this place for dining and and takeout. Go to dishes are their vermicelli bowls and their chicken spring rolls, which are made out of rice paper not wheat and the only gluten free spring rolls I’ve been able to find in the city. Also tried Khao Soi and pho, which are decent. Portions are generous and they have tons of seating, so it’s great for large groups.
