Safeway Pharmacy Penninsula Vill.

Great experience at this Safeway Pharmacy. As soon as you approach the counter we were greeted and helped quickly even though everyone looked busy. Daniel the pharmacist administered the injection. He was informative and had great customer care. Barely felt a thing.

Covid Booster & Flu shot Pharmacist Daniel was super friendly, thorough, with a light touch shot. Very patient with questions and explanations.

The staff at this Safeway pharmacy have always been consistently providing quality customer service, since I've been going to them to get my prescriptions filled! Whenever they have something they want to clarify, they don't hesitate to call me in order to get things dealt with sooner than later! They are also consistent with providing the meds on time, say for example I have to come back coz it has to be on a special order. There might be times where there will be a wait, but that's coz they just tend to be very busy at that time of the day & swamped with high volume. The staff have always been very professional, whether it's the techs or the pharmacist or the pharmacy manager you are dealing with! They also go above and beyond, like when the senior pharmacists & manager offered to even provide me a medication review when he noticed I have been switched to a number of different new drugs by my specialist doctor! All in all, I am a happy customer and I sure will be returning for the great service!

Twice the pharmacist here has gone out of his way. One time he phoned my doctor to have a prescription renewed. Another time he gave my daughter a 7 day emergency prescription until hers was being delivered. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.

Awful customer service. The manager is arrogant and rude. Has no compassion for his customers. They've consistently managed to loose my prescriptions and the wait time to have them filled is outrageous. I've switched pharmacies and suggest others do too.

A very large Safeway. They have a good deli and hot food section and some tables to eat at. Pricing is a little high but good quality of produce and meats. Parking is available at the strip mall connected to it. Staff are generally nice. Selection of asian goods are a little light.

They have been handling my prescription needs for over 10 years and have found their services very good and would recommend to others.

As pharmacy's go, this one is fine. Mostly the staff are friendly, but I did have one surly pharmacists when I dropped off my prescription. Thankfully only saw him one time.

Always been reliable for good service

Edit: Things have improved greatly at this location since my original post. The auto-refill program is still a bit hit and miss.
