Today I used London Drugs Apple battery replacement service. I dropped the phone off at 11am to Debbie who was very pleasant. She told me that technicians do not arrive until 11:30 but that my device would take a few hours to be serviced. Fast forward to 4:00 PM, I had not received any call backs or notifications so I opted to call the store. I was told that my device has still not been serviced 5 hours later but it would be ready at 6:00 PM. Upon arriving back at 6, the phone is still not ready and the person at the counter was about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. As I sit here writing this review, I watch the time tick by. 6:45 PM and counting.nnThis will likely be one of the last times I will shop here. What a disaster.

Purchased, developed and printed my 35mm c41 film here.nnDropped off the film cartridge at noon on a Sunday, digital scans were ready by Monday 10am and photos printed by 2pm.nnThe photos came out excellent and they give you back your negatives too! Highly recommended.

Today I had fresh passport photos taken here. Best passport photo experience ever! Two very efficient photographers, and five-minute turnaround for two colour passport photos!

Worse customer service ever experienced.nnI went to the store to buy the blender and got a very sweet cashier and I was about to step out when an old lady stopped me and started commenting on my clothing. I don't know how you guys hire these people who has no sense of talking to the customers.nnWhen entered, I saw her shouting on the other co workers which is insane!!nnI hope she can get the proper training before she makes comment on different people.

I came to this location to look at some large storage containers while I waited for my car to be serviced. I noticed that I was being followed around the store by a staff member from the electronics department, to the point where he was waiting at the end of the aisle staring at me while I shopped. Not sure what his rationale was, but there was definitely no way I was going to sneak out of the store with a giant 35 L clear storage container tucked in my purse. Super uncomfortable. Then, when I said hello to the individual in question, he just scowled at me. Needless to say, I bought what I needed and absolutely will not be back to this location. Peninsula Village LD, train your staff to: 1. Be more discrete if you're going to follow someone around Hey, feel free to even ask me if I need some help with anything! , and 2. Learn some basic manners.
