As a longstanding customer since the previous ownership of this establishment, I have always appreciated the excellent service and respectful interactions with your staff. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been far from acceptable.nnDuring my visit, Irene not only argued with others in front of me but also spoke to me in a disrespectful and dismissive manner, making me feel as though I was insignificant. Moreover, I was subjected to blatant dishonesty from her, which further eroded my trust in the quality of service at your location. This behavior is unacceptable and does not align with the standards of professionalism and respect I have come to expect.nnI want to emphasize that such conduct is damaging to the reputation of your business. If these issues are not addressed promptly, it risks alienating loyal customers like myself who have supported this location for years.nnI urge you to take immediate action to resolve this matter, whether through additional training, reassignment, or, if necessary, reconsidering Irene’s suitability for her role. I tried calling the pharmacy a couple of times and it just rang and rang non stop the first time. When someone finally did answer after about the 50th ring, I was given the wrong information on transferring a profile from one Shoppers Drug Mart to another! Called them back and this time I was put on hold and every time the phone rang after being on hold, I’m immediately put on hold again!!!!!! Omg, people don’t call pharmacies for fun! I understand that the staff may be busy, but to keep putting a customer on hold each time it does ring after being on hold, that’s inexcusable! I was on hold for over 30 mins! This is not the first time such awful service was extended by Shoppers on 56 Ave!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The staff at the information desk were unwelcoming and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by asking questions. When people come to a pharmacy, they’re often in need of help, not an attitude. Unfortunately, the employees here were rude and seemed uninterested in assisting customers. If the staff can’t be supportive and professional in helping people, perhaps they should consider other job options.

Would give this place zero stars if I could. First they give me someone else’s medication in a higher dose and then today I called to tell them I was flying out tomorrow at 5am and needed my prescription filled. They said it would be ready at 7pm. I get here at 8pm and after waiting for nearly an hour for the pharmacy assistant to say she was rebilling my insurance, I learn they don’t even have my medication here. The associate was rude, seemed like she couldn’t use a computer and incredibly condescending. I only came here as I needed it quickly and was willing to pay more, but I will never return

I've been trying to resolve an issue for over a week now. I've been put on hold multiple times, then hung up on, and received several promises of callbacks that never happened. Today, I called and spoke with the store manager, Raka. The experience was shocking – she was extremely rude, constantly talking over me, never allowing me to say a word, and even swore at me multiple times. She then told me she was off at 3:00 pm and hung up on me at 2:30 pm. This management, its not wonder the rest of the staff are unhelpful as well. Nice work RAKA real professional.
