Bought living room sofa and ottoman not even three years old and upholstery is mess. Not pleased at all with the quality. Probably will need cushions reupholstered soon.

Great choice with Canadian made couches and chairs. Loved the live seat we purchased. Friendly staff with a wealth of knowledge.

There are a lot of companies that respect their customers, Ryn"s is not among them. Promised delivery 10 to 11 weeks. I called at 12 weeks Racheal said it would take 2 weeks longer, I asked why no one called. She started to say she didn't have time, then said she would keep me posted. 2 Weeks later I called it was now delayed another 4 weeks, I asked why no call. She said they don't have time to call customers. I said you have time to collect 50% deposit, her reply was she didn't like her job and it wasn't fun anymore. Called Tuesday for what was supposed to come in the previous Friday Dave said it arrived Monday but shipping would be a week later because of the balance owed. I asked why no call. I said I went to a small company to support small business and with customer service like this I don't think you'll be in business long. Dave said he's not worried they'd been in business for 25 years. I asked if the owner could call. Dave said she was in the Dominic. I asked if that's why the snotty attitude, he said "just given it back". If you like to put out out money, have no idea on order status, get no accountability, customer service or respect than maybe Ryn's is for you.

WOW!! Totally impressed with Ryns Furniture. Huge selection on living room, dining sets and coffee and end tables. Most items CANADIAN made at reasonable prices. Lots of fabric styles to choose from. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful with lots of suggestions but didnt make you feel pressured to buy. I will never go to a chain furniture store again. The quality of this furniture surpasses others I have looked at. If you are out of town, like I am, it is definitely worth the drive to Caledonia. Thanks Dave for making my shopping for furniture stress free.

Rachel is an excellent salesrep/interior designer, she helped us make the right decisions. She is a pleasure to deal with and her expertise was very much appreciated.

We ordered a sofa, accent chair, and end table for our place. We had the absolute pleasure to meet and work with Dave. He was amazing , knowledge, and patient, answering all our questions, giving suggestions ,and helped make the process easy. Also the young delivery men, were very professional, courteous, and efficient. This is the only stop we will make when we are purchasing furniture in the future!! Dave and the staff at Ryn’s are extremely helpful! We visited the store and were absolutely shocked at the showroom and how everything was so tastefully put together! Exceptional service, quality Canadian manufacturers and endless selection. Don’t waste your time with BIG BOX stores and lesser quality furniture. Go and see Dave and staff, they’re pros who know the furniture business and can offer great suggestions and ideas. Nothing but positive things to say about Ryn’s.
