Dot Furniture has the absolute best patio furniture by far. We already own a fire pit, a patio set and a rocker so this year we purchased two lounge chairs and cushions. Knowing the warranty and the quality I reached out to Roberto on the chat to secure these chairs for me for this summer. He did and I am thrilled with him and the service he extended.

We had been looking for a patio set since Covid started and had no luck last year. We knew we wanted to spend some time in the backyard so we began looking early. We were so happy to find a floor model in Hamilton and spoke with Roberto by chat and phone to arrange payment and delivery. We just had the set outside today and loved it. Thank you Roberto and everyone at the Hamilton DOT for providing a great summer seating area.
Fantastic place but all my outside furniture for inside my screened in porch everything is fantastic really great place I’ll show you some pictures as you can see even the kids believe that your furniture is the best this is only because I don’t take pictures of myself when I’m sitting on the furniture but this is just my opinion

I have been trying to source a turquoise umbrella for over a year now with no success, they were supposed to come in this year but they aren't making that colour anymore. I used the chat feature on the site and Roberto supported me and got super creative to get me the turquoise umbrella I was looking for. I'm beyond thrilled! He was so helpful and responsive and communicative through the whole process! Totally amazing! Thank you!
I recently purchased a conversation set and a bistro set. Very good quality for the price. Each set needed to have a chair replaced and the staff at the store were excellent at ensuring this happened without issue. The replacement chairs were ordered and arrived in less than a week. Very helpful staff and excellent customer service.
