I came here few times and bought 5 pair of shoes in total. Today I had the best service ever so I am writing a review. She is taking care of few customer at the same time,also she was carefully listening what I want to buy. Unfortunately there is no stock but she try to order for me and let it delivery home! I wanted to write this because she is smiling and try to make customer happy that kind of staff is very rare in Montreal for me! Thank you for today's service , Cynthia!
Terrible customer service. When I sent them an email to tell them they sent me the wrong size of shoe it took them days to reply. Then I ask them to send me the correct size….. no answer. It is available online but the store says it is not true . They would charge me even if it is not in stock. Scammers They keep replying non sense and never reply to my request. You can not even speak to someone on the phone. Also purchased a pair of shoe at the their Laval store and because I had an email promo code for signing up to their newsletters I got a 15% discount. The girl at the cash stamped my receipt with a Final Sale - when I told she was wrong, it was not on sale she didn’t care and said , it ok.. sure. If I go return them now they will say my receipt is stamped final sale………. Terrible company policy and customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For the price you are better off shopping at Browns with a 30 day return policy
I had a very bad experience with this brand/shop. I bought sandals from the St Catherine Street store, in Montreal, at the beginning of the summer. I wore them once only, to go to the local supermarket - walking distance. The sandals were OK. Then I left town for many weeks, went to a colder weather place, where I did not need to wear these city sandals. When I came back to MTL and put on the sandals again - the right one was making a clicking noise, coming somehow from the sole, whenever I step on. It's was loud and noticeable. After writing to customer service, they asked me to send photos and videossound, so that their experts can analyze the problem. Eventually they came back to me to say that they were sorry for the inconvenience but since the complaint came over the allowed time for reclamation 1 month, they could not do anything. This is ridiculous of course as when I first wore the shoes for 20 min within the reclamation time period, they were OK. Clearly, their experts agreed that there was a problem but they said they could only offer me $50 for the inconvenience. So the deal is - I have paid $170, for which I get sandals that I can never wear, unless I want everyone on the street to look at me when I walk, and a 'refund' of $50. What L'Intervalle gets is - selling off a defective product and making a profit of $120. Great deal! Well, even better for them - when I heard their decision, I explained that it was not fair and I was not happy with it. Guess what - I never got the $50 either. I suppose, there is an ego issue here, too. I do not recommend this store/brand, unless you are ready to be disappointed. The products are low quality, so the probability to get unlucky, too, is very high.

Quality is okay but sizing described on their website is not accurate. I bought 5 pairs of boot with size 38, 39, 40 and I wear 7.5-8m. The size 38, 39 is kind of size 6.5. Even for shoes, I have to play loto to guess which size I can fit in, 38, 39, or 40. Buying shoes from online is just miserable. You should update your size list accordingly instead of just copied from the standard size. Thank you
I ordered two pairs online and I love both of them. The only negative is they sent me the wrong size for one of them, and I had two choices: either pay for return shipping or go into the store twice once to place an order and once to pick it up. Feels a little outdated with so many businesses offering free returns these days. I would purchase again, but maybe in store next time.
Great variety shoe collection but their sizing is not consistent - be careful when choosing as depending the shoe you choose the sizing will show in EUR size. AVOID ordering online. I received a pair of shoes where 1 the sizing was in EUR and nowhere was it written i have ordered in the past and never had this issue 2 one shoe came discolored . They refunded me but never refunded the shipping cost. This was their mistake they could have had the curtesy to refund me the shipping for obvious reason and Covid ! really disappointed.
I buy religiously from this store, several pairs, every season. In late August I purchased two pairs of boots, one of which was the Sheizen. I didn’t wear the boots until October and after 3 wears only a few hours the seam at the back started undoing itself. I wrote to customer service and they said that regardless of the wear, the product isn’t guaranteed longer than 30 days. Very unfortunate considering I purchased the boot early to avoid it being sold out and hadn’t worn it until October…Disappointed in the service and will no longer recommend this brand.
My wife bought three pairs of shoes here and really likes them. However the thing that we appreciate and the reason I'm writing this review is because of the customer service. One day after her order arrived, there was a summer sale for an extra 30% off all items. We asked if they could apply the sale discount to the items she already ordered, and they immediately agreed to do so. Thanks!
I placed my order on November 28th and am still waiting for my package a month later. I have contacted their customer service team by email multiple times and they won’t provide me with any details on my order whatsoever. They have only offered to cancel my order instead of actually helping me. I don’t think that’s right at all!
