Top notch customer service. Good prices. The manager at this location John is great. The whole team really was amazing. Probably the best customer service I've had in a shoe store. I've been to Foot locker, Browns and Globo in the last couple of months and they don't even cime close to offering service like that. They will literally go out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. Guys, keep doing what you're doing. The service is what makes all the difference.

Amazing customer services!!! I recently bought shoes and bag. When I arrived at the store I was looking for a specific pair of shoes and were not available in store but, Paul went out of his way to find the shoes I wanted from a different store. Excellent service and staff is very knowledgeable. I bought a pair of suede winter boots. The owner told me how to take care of them and even sprayed them down with the protectant spray. A very nice touch most places wouldn't do. Highly recommend.

I have shopped at Rubinos before. This is the first time I’ve been back to the store since they moved from gallery des source to a store on sources. Hibba kindly greeted me and helped me find the shoes I needed. She was patient and friendly. I highly recommend this store. Excellent costumer service.

My entire experience with this DDO store and the staff was amazing. Visit one was earlier in the winter to buy boots. Part of their service was to spray them with weather protector with no obligation to buy. I went back for slippers for my daughter but bought the wrong size, no problem, they ordered the good size and called me with a couple of days to make the exchange. Each and every time I shop there I get amazing service. Highly recommend to friends and family.

I had bought some boots online that did not fit me. I went to the store for an exchange. They didn't have it in-store so they had it transferred from another store. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great service! I highly recommend.

Why do you guys follow clients around the store like that??? It made me and as I can see many others very uncomfortable. I left without even browsing the entirety of the selection of shoes! And I was there with my wife, “well” dressed before going upstairs to the gym.
