Corbeil Électroménagers

We purchased a Fridge, Stove and Dishwasher here. We had very good service from Tim the assistant manager on initial purchase and follow-up of an issue we had with a manufacturer defect on a GE Dishwasher with 3 problems straight out of the box. Although GE ( General Electric Appliances Canada ) dropped the ball with very poor customer service and lousy communication through their Facebook and Canadian customer service department's Toll-Free number (that just kept giving us an arrogant run-a-around and pointing us back to the retailer and telling us to schedule a warranty service call - Which by the way had back-orders for two weeks for parts )... Tim and Corbeil Électro Ménager made strong efforts to resolve the issue, and exchanged the dud design for another product and all is well now. Delivery was very quick, the delivery team was prompt, courteous and communicated well to coordinate delivery, the driver also called 30 minutes before arriving just to verify. Prices were fair. Although I'd never buy a GE product again, I will most likely buy from Corbeil any other product.

Terrible terrible service. Was moving into my first condo with my fiancé. first time buying stackable washer and dryer, Our machines were delivered and literally just dumped in the Middle of my living room. When I called the store they told me I need to buy a stackable kit.......why didn't they mention this before.......who's going to stack these machines??? Terrible terrible service. Make sure if buying something u cross all ur "T"s and dot all ur "I"s.

Decent prices if you know what you're looking for, but politeness varies quite a bit by employee, and has the feel of a place dependent on commission sales. Be wary of unexpected charges on the bill, and that orders may not arrive when you expect them to (and getting information on the status of an appliance we ordered proved very difficult). Ultimately, the products are good, and some employees seemed to be genuinely familiar with the products.

À éviter comme la peste. Acheté un frigo (pas une commande spéciale) au début novembre. Le 21 décembre ils me disent qu'ils ne pourront pas me livrer mon frigo avant Noël tel qu'on me l'avait promis au début novembre. Des crosseurs. Allez chez breault. Eux aussi ils vont te crosser mais au moins ça prend 2 ans sans paiement avant.

Nous avons achete 2 electromenagers. Un frigidaire qui la vendeuse nous a dit que c'etait du stainless et une fois recu. La porte n'est pas en vrai stainless. Nous voulons l'autre avec 2 fours et qui chauffe rapidement pour sauver du temps et de l'argent aussi. La vendeuse nous a suggere un model et nous a dit que c'est le meilleur. Apres l'avoir utilise, nous nous sommes appercu que ca prend 20 minutes avant qu'il a atteint 350F. Lorsque nous avons telephone a Corbeil, le gerant nous a dit d'appeler GE pour ce plaindre. Il nous offre de le reprendre et je dois depourser 20% du prix que j'ai paye. Malgre que la vendeuse n'a pas fait son travail comme il faut. Le gerant dit que son employe n'est pas en tord mais moi. Et en plus, je dois prendre le prochain morceau chez Corbeil pour avoir mon argent - le 20%.
