According to quantity, prices are too high. I ordered dahi bhalla. They put too much curd and sauces, but bhalla's quantity lesser and also kesar rabdi badam shake is without badam or rabdi.
First of all they lied about chai and handed over readymade machine chai .. we told them we want replacement drinks because this wasn’t the chai we were looking for .. They simply refused .. they don’t know how to communicate with the customers .. not recommended at all .. will never visiting back again here .. we had to dispose the chai was just wastage of money and not worth it …
Went to this place last week. Got chaat papri and pistachio shake. Chaat papri was good 4.5/5 and shake was 1/5. It was wholee sugar, so unhealthy. Just had one sip. Service and atmosphere was good.
We went in here to have MANGO SHAKE and Kulfi. The attitude of one of the staff members was absolutely rude and discourteous. The mango shake had a very bad and foul smell. It also tasted like there was oil in it. Upon raising the concern, they replied rudely and it was the worst customer service we could imagine. I believe if you are running a restaurant and want to make your customers happy, at least have a bit of courtesy and be open to feedback, which was not the case. All in all, never going back there.
I wish I could rate a negative experience.i specifically asked for no fennel since I'm allergic to fennel and they added loads of it. Not only that, for my other family members, the paan had nothing besides little bit of glukand coconut and loads of Saunf... Worst paans we have had to date. We use to go to this place every week but NEVER AGAIN. We even called them to tell them about our experience and the allergic reaction and they could not care any less. Sad and terrible customer service.
