I went through drive thru at 1am and ordered large fries. They asked me to circle back in 2 minutes, I understand night time you don’t get a lot of customer so you don’t have fries ready. But when I got my order I only got 75% of my fries what happened to the other 25%? Did the employees eat them?
I went drive through. Lady took billing she was polite it seems she having knowledge of customer service. When I reached the pickup side she gave the food with some facial expressions it seemed I took something for free. It was really disappointed that I was asking something and she did not hear properly just closed the window and started talking behind with others. She through tantrums on me. Never recommend anyone to visit and spoil your day. If you are doing a job i agree you guys are doing hard work.But, atleast learn about the customer service which will uplift the customers.
It was 11PM, They're given a cold coffee when I requested to warm a bit they asked me to wait at the main door and someone would bring me a new coffee. I waited for more than 15 min, and they ignored me and continued to serve other customers. I went back to them, and they gave me the same coffee.
We go to this place almost everyday for having specially vanilla cone because we like the taste of it from this place… but I notice most of the times it happens they don’t fill it properly and not in good way as it shows in the picturenso please if you will take care if this thing then we will be very happy from your service
20 piece nuggets all raw. Disgusting. This Mcdonald's always gets orders wrong too. You gave me chicken nuggets but now we got beef. Count your days Mcdonalds.
