I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and hygiene standards at this McDonald’s location. I noticed that some employees were not wearing head caps while working in the kitchen, which raises serious food safety concerns. Additionally, the kitchen area did not appear clean—it looked disorganized, with spills and debris on the counters and floors. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially at a place serving food to customers. I expected better standards from such a well-known brand. Hi i came through drive thru on Friday The crew girl was so cute and friendly . She gave me fresh coffee with fresh cookies.i think her name was manjit she told me . Really recommend this place to visit and to enjoy your day.
This McDonald's might be one of the worst places to go to eat in Brampton which is saying something since the standards are pretty low they have slow service in both drive through and dine in with unhelpful staff and poor management. When I went here they made me wait over 10 minutes for fries and a diet coke I do not recemond to go here the McDonald's on queen street is much better.
They took too much time to prepare the order even at drive through. From inside its very dirty they dont clean it.
Extremely disgusted. Found a hair in my sandwich. They don’t use hairnets. I won’t be ordering from here ever again
