Don't buy anything here in morning! They sell all cold stuffs! All fried items fry two times my muffins are also cold and look like two days old!nnI am in Rush to i think there is less traffic on macdonald’s drive through compare to Tim hortons so i went there! Now i understand why people choose tim horton!nnI visit in early morning on 24,Sept’nnNever come again!
Zero interest in the customer experience, all they care about is the drive-thru times. They’ll park you and make you wait five minutes rather than inflate their times by an extra ten seconds. Avoid at all costs if you’re in a rush or interested in decent service.
Becareful! I ordered a smoothie and almost choked on a piece of hard clear plastic. Upon further observation there were several small pieces of this hard black, grey, plastic/glass substance in my smoothie. I tried to contact this McDonald's to report the problem, but apparently there is no manager on staff to speak with. Disgusted!
This is the worst location I have ever been to. Consistently. Must always double check order before leaving. Rarely correct. Even if it happens to be the right order the burgers are made sloppy and or missing ingredients. I only go here if time is a factor otherwise I prefer to drive 10min further to hwy10 and Mayfield location. My food is a little colder when I get back but at least it's made right.
There was a nice black girl in drive thru this morning at the window where they give you your food around maybe 10AM. The line was kind of long but my food still came fresh! They usually hand you smoothies with it dripping all over the outside but I actually saw her wipe it clean and hand it to me so it’s nice to see some of the workers there care about the food they’re handing out.
