Five Guys is one of my favorite fast food spots due to their consistently high-quality food. The burgers and hot dogs we ordered met expectations, and the dining area was clean with friendly and organized staff. However, I was disappointed to find that the complimentary peanuts were moldy. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they simply mixed the peanuts to hide the moldy ones at the bottom of the box.nnThis is not what I would expect from workers who should be more aware of the health risks associated with mold, especially near an open cooking space. I’m sharing this to inform other patrons and hope management takes action to better inspect the peanut supply before offering it to customers.
I recently dined in at Five Guys and had an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding customer service. The individual who took my order, Gurshan, was incredibly professional and well-mannered. His attention to detail and courteous demeanor made the visit truly memorable. It's rare to encounter such high-quality service, and he definitely deserves recognition for his efforts.nnThe food was equally impressive. The burger patty was juicy and full of flavor, and the fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. The service was also remarkably quick, ensuring that I didn't have to wait long to enjoy my meal.nnOverall, this visit to Five Guys exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend visiting this location for both the excellent food and the top-notch service. It's clear that the staff, especially the guy who took my order, take great pride in his work. Five stars all around!
Always do a banquet burger and Cajun fries. It’s consistently amazing. Just like the service and experience at the Brampton location. It’s the nearest to me and it’s great. I’ve been multiple times and won’t stop going back. Five Guys does it right and The Brampton location reflects that. Thank you Five Guys Brampton
Haven’t been here in a while. The burgers and fries are still yummy. Service at this location was friendly. They kept the dinning area clean. Love how they dump the fries in your bag, so it’s like a treasure hunt finding your burger
5 guys for myself is the most consistently good overall burger in the GTA.nnFries are always fresh and crispy for fresh cut. Burger overall never disappoints.
