Was excited to try their new option of a gluten free sandwich - I was charged $10 and received a very small sandwich. Tasted good but I'm still pretty hungry! Not worth the price you pay. The Chai tea latte was pretty good.
Small cafe located right across from playground. Has different options including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free products. I went on Friday at 11:30am and Saturday at 9:50am but nearly all of the vegan and gluten free products were sold out and they don't carry full menu possibly due to COVID. They also have many drinks to choose from with some dairy alternatives for vegans. I got a small hot chocolate + very last vegetarian roll on Friday, Medium Mocha + sausage roll + 2x egg/cheese breakfast sandwiches which were made from scratch with Medium Cappuccino with almond milk for the family on Saturday. Everything tasted good. Small and cozy sitting area indoors and nice patio space with umbrellas/cover from rain with a fountain outdoors. If you have dietary restrictions I'd recommend calling them first or arriving much earlier in the day to get their vegan/gluten free food. I spoke to one of the staff owner? and they mentioned that they are individually own cafe but have other locations in Victoria downtown? under the name QV cafe so if you're not in this part of town but wanna support local business you can always try one of their alternative locations!
This place is a fantastic local neighbourhood haunt. Great fresh sandwiches and delicious snacks! They also have a few vegan options. The outdoor seating is also a great added touch - especially in the summer. Staff are super friendly and very helpful! Get yourself a punch card and come often!
Amazing coffee - J didn’t finish hers and I even enjoyed it cold! 8oz double Americano in 12oz cup Tasty Nanaimo bar too!
The 2 girls were incredibly friendly, intentionally I was taking out but their spirit made me stay to dine in. The place is full of life, lots of live flowers and plants that give a spiritual meaning and vibe. It’s a great place to write and even to study. I can’t to try the rest of the dessert menu and more coffee please.
Lovely little neighborhood cafe , with large sundeck/ outdoor seating area over looking scenic Rutledge park : Very accommodating to all needs , I take my special needs son here and they will make sure his face treat is available for him if I call ahead : Highly recommended ! Lattes are divine Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating to myself and my special needs son :
Cute little cafe next to a large park with playground with snacks, sandwiches and friendly staff. Coffee is pretty good and the service is very friendly. Not much else nearby as it’s mostly a residential neighbourhood. Have been meaning to try it for a while and I’ll be back as there’s some parts of town you might find yourself in when you need a coffee, and you can’t find a cafe…these guys solves that for this neighbourhood.
I meet here with friends for coffee. The coffee is great, the service is great and so is the atmosphere.Service: 5/5
Lots of food and specialty coffee choices at a decent price. I had the Chai tea latte and veggie&egg croissant which was absolutely delicious!! Definitely returning
A lot of good pastries and foods. Not big but really cozy and kind workers. I really wanna visit again here to try another foods. All prices for foods and drinks is reasonable.
