Fantastic food, people, and vibe! Especially the new chicken burger on the grill menu. It slaps. Got it with half fries and half a quinoa salad thing and it made my day. I'll definitely be going back when I'm in town!Food: 5/5

The food here is exceptional. A great variety of dietary options including vegan, dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian and good ol' carnivores. Nice variety of desserts, sides and daily menu updates. The service is fast and friendly too. Highly recommend if you're in the area looking for a high quality, family run business who cares about quality at affordable prices. They put effort into zero waste and environmentally friendly options like 'bring your own container'.

I was at Sol cafe from 10-4pm on a weekday. The staff were really nice to accommodate my request for the day at a corner table with a view. Their food and drink options are plenty and tasty. I want to specifically mention Keith for his wonderful hospitality.

Nice little cafe on Selkirk water way. Amazing selection of foods and great coffee at a reasonable price! Indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommend.

What a lovely surprise! In the area for a chiro appointment and stopped to grab a coffee. They have way more than coffee! We will be back soon to pick up a prepared meal from their freezer and/or other fresh baked goodies.

Breakfast buns with cheese egg and others are really good, but I had the samosa which was heated in a microwave which made it soggy instead of crunchy.

I love this local cafe, where I can sneak in early to grab a coffee and treats before work nearby. The staff are incredibly friendly. The food is to die for.

I've been eating at Sol Food for nine years now and thought it's finally time to share my thoughts on this place! I love their food - their featured entrees of the day are always so flavourful but better than a typical restaurant because they're healthy, home-cooked-style meals. Their chef is amazing and always comes up with fantastic dishes that are worthy of five stars. The soups are also of the same quality, and they have a large selection of salads to choose from. I also appreciate the staff - very friendly, and even if there's a line-up you don't wait long at all.

I love this café! The food is consistently delicious and the menu varies daily.  The staff, especially the owner, are very friendly and welcoming.  Every customer is treated with kindness and appreciation.  If you are a regular, the staff will learn you name which makes it feel like a second home!  I highly recommend Sol Food.
