This review was written 24 hrs after the operation. Inside my house it still smells from the foul odor from the sewer. And the windows are still open. I appreciate all you did Bart, even having to endure that smell for well over an hour as you worked away at getting the tree roots cut away. I only hope that the problem does not return anytime soon. If I remember correctly, I called RR in the early afternoon and you were there before 4. That was great service...and it was much appreciated. Wish now that there was something done about the lingering after smell.

Quentin went above and beyond as we were never informed about where our main line was to the house. Quentin provided us with information and proceeded to pull up our floorboards (without breaking) to find our main line. Awesome awesome! 
We will definitely use Roto-Rooter (and hopefully) Quentin's service again!

Had main line sewage problems in basement; company was good about availability and prompt service.  I understand this company is generally more expensive than competitors, but the employee I dealt with was professional and explained what he was doing, and that their work may last a little longer than competitor's work because they use slightly different equipment.  There is also a 6 month warranty on the work. Overall a good experience.

Called roto rooter, got a same day appointment before my basement could flood, the guy was at my house by 4:00 on the nose. The woman who took my call was very helpful, and Jesse, the man who came for my appointment was very efficient, knowledgable and respectful of our home and things. He was very clean and worked diligently. I would not hesitate to call them again and will be recommending them to friends and neighbours, we are in an older neighbourhood so I’m sure they’ll be using the services as much as we will! We very much appreciated Jesse going into detail about prevention so hopefully we won’t need to make any emergency appointments again!

My mom just had them come by to remove tree roots.  The gentleman's name was Jesse.  He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and was very careful not to make a mess.  My mom was very happy and would definitely recommend him.  He is definitely one of the best.
