Mr. Rooter Plumbing

I have used Mr. Rooter for any plumbing issue that I’ve encountered in my home and they have fixed it efficiently and effectively. I have always appreciated the personable, yet professional approach of the service staff who come to my home. They quote me a price before beginning the work and have always stuck to it! I wasn’t charged extra for asking them to come to my home in the evening. Very grateful. Highly recommended.

We just had Tony from Mr Rooter Winnipeg come and do a cleaning on our pipes. Very friendly, very knowledgeable. While he was here he installed a flood cop since ours had rotted away. He took the time to explain what the problem was, what he was going to do to fix it, and what the cost was. Very reasonable prices. Even though the pit was full of feces and sludge, he took to the task quickly, and efficiently. Consumate professional through and through. Will highly recommend Mr Rooter to others for all plumbing and drain cleaning needs.

Came home to leaks in the basement. Mr. Rooter staff is very friendly. We had the most amazing technician who was friendly even when things got difficult. He worked tirelessly so that we could use water again and explained everything thoroughly as he went. In the end the immediate problem was fixed. He did suggest a higher-priced service that couldn't be done that day but not sneakily. I watched the whole process and agree that something more needed to be done. I agree with a lot of people... the prices are quite exorbitant. In my case I didn't have many options but if you do, shopping around might be a good idea.

I had an appt to have a basic kitchen faucet installed. I provided the faucet. Mr Rooter provided 2 flex 3/8 flex line. I was given a quote on site of $377 incl tax. I did agree to the quote because I wanted the tap installed immediately, however I can say I will never use this company again. The cost in my opinion was outrageous. To install the tap it took the plumber 30 mins and another 10 minutes to bill me for a total of 40 mins.
