I have nothing but good things to say about Pyramid Plumbing and Heating. We needed a furnace quick and from sales to installation they came through for us. The installers did a great job and explained how everything worked and also cleaned up everything. Great job!!

What an exceptional experience from my first contact to schedule a quote, planning and furnace installation. I was very impressed to get a next day appointment for a quote when I first contacted Pyramid via their chat feature. My quote was promptly provided with no pressure from them to make a quick decision. My installation was not just a swap of a furnace but included it to be relocated and new duct work installed and vents moved. The entire team fully explained the planning and installation process and answered all my questions when I had them. They are a very professional and customer service focused team I am more than happy to recommend. I look forward to working with them again when it's time to install my new A/C unit.

They came to my house, charged me for their time and claimed the problem was resolved, and there were no other problems. The next day, the same problem happened again. And they want to charge us again for time and parts after saying the first time, that if it required parts they would wave the time fee. So after claiming to have fixed the problem; instead of backing their work, they want to charge me more money. Why would I pay more when they already claimed to fixed it. He recommended the cleaning in the near future, all we said was we could afford that at the moment and that we would when our taxes came through. We were willing to pay for the parts (if necessary), he tilted our furnace and said it was fixed. It is in fact the switch, that he said (over the phone the fist time) was a possibility. So why didn't he fix that, or even tell us that was infact the problem while he was here? In the email sent to me, it says problem resolved, no other problems, suggested cleaning. He did not go over and above. There's no misunderstanding. He just didn't do the job.

I had a 2001 furnace that always crapped out in the coldest days every year! Finally decided to upgrade and called for quotes... Dustin made Pyramid Plumbing and Heating the easy choice. Explained everything, offered the best product for our heating needs, best warranty coverage, free filters for a year, made the hydro financing a breeze and the installation guys were great! Love my new furnace, temperature feels more even, no more hose required for the AC, Wi-Fi thermostat compatible with my phone...and mostly the peace if mind knowing were "good to go" and if by chance there is a problem, Pyramid has us covered!
