Emergency pipe burst. Took the guy 10 minutes to get to my house, and 5 minutes to fix it. Great service on time and polite.

I called them for my kitchen faucets replacement. but The plumber didn't bring a kitchen faucets at that time. I didn't realize if I have to have one. because when i first called them they didn't ask me if I have one. also they didn't tell me the price of labor. I expected the plumber bring one for me. I called them again ask that if you can bring one for me. But they tried to bring me very expensive faucets between $250 and $400. I didn't wanna spend that much money. i found good quality faucet from the Amazon with $70. And the owner was very rude on the call. That's why I decided to get service done from another company. after a week they sent me the bill $107 for doing nothing. This is crazy. I'm so disappointed. Don't call this company. There are a lot of better company out there with free estimates and better price.

Daniel came out to look at my A/C and did a very thorough inspection and repair. I would highly recommend J Hansen to anyone looking to have their equipment serviced.

Called to have some repairs done on my condo heating/cooling unit and they refused, stating my building wasn't one they did work in. They have never done work here and don't plan to as they don't have a contract to work in the building. I called them based on the google reviews and I'm disappointed that I can't have the "best" service. Very unusual response that came from the owner them self via the person that answers the phone. I asked to have the owner call me back to discuss. Very anti-competitive practices and I guess they don't need the business.
