Roto-Rooter

I thought I had a drain problem with my washing machine, which I did, but also Chris found that the line to the sewer was deteriorating as it was going to the city sewer. It had to be dug out and it was in a very tight area. Long story short, Jeff and his crew had the concrete cut out, had to dig out dirt to find lines, then put in the new pipe to the sewer line. They did a great job with minimum disruption to the house. I was so impressed with the very professional attitude, and making sure it was done correctly. I will call this Roto Rooter again. I really enjoyed scheduling my service through your website! Jim was the service technician who came to help my aide! He was fantastic, knowledgeable and personable! He knew to look in all the right areas for what the issue might be, and was able to identify the problem in a timely and efficient manner. I will be calling Roto-Rooter and asking for Jim, for any future needs! THANKS!
