Master Rooter Plumbing

We called Master Rooter a week ago when our little guest bathroom started backing up. Being a detached apt, on its own septic and having no idea where that was located caused us all kinds of problems. Master Rooter reception and scheduling was outstanding, Helmut arrived with the best customer service and motivation I have ever seen. He worked in very cold weather and I feel went above and beyond to fix our problem. Master Rooter will be our only call for plumbing and septic needs and it cant be overstated that the service we received from start to finish was exceptional. Thank you again. Bill and Karie

We had an intermittent mystery odor in a bathroom and also wanted to change out our OLD toilets. MasterRooter sent out Jim the Sleuth, who checked all the standard probabilities, and then moved on to the weird possibilities. He found a small-diameter, ancient line from a water softener that hadn't been used in 20 years and recognized that it had been improperly connected into a bathroom drain pipe. Amazing! Jim quickly fixed that and then installed the new toilets...in less than a morning of work! In addition to being the epitome of a very knowledgeable and efficient plumber, he was personable, thoroughly cleaned up after each stage of the work, and made sure that we understood what was happening every step of the way. Jim's work ethic and character guaranteed that MasterRooter will be our first choice to handle any new plumbing problem. PatnAlan
