A+ Customer Service! Chris Sainsbury went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the work that he and his team did. I had a Riser put around my septic tank lid, a Clean-out Sweep put in for easy access to my Main Line Drain, and new pipe laid between the septic tank and my house. Chris came after hours to look at the pipes under my house before he and his team came in the morning to do the job. Good Customer Service is HUGE in my book, and so hard to find these days. I have found it with Roto-Rooter! They do Quality work, and treat you like family!

Great job! Philip showed up on time and with guidance from Chris Sainsbury, quickly diagnosed and got to work clearing the drains in my basement. A water system in the basement had malfunctioned and poured out a couple inches of water all over the basement floor. Philip determined it was due to clogged drains and he worked very hard to get them cleared, which started with the difficult removal of a rusty drain cover, then cleaning out lots of iron residue and sand. He even took a walk down the side of our hill to make sure everything was draining correctly. On top of everything else, he was very cordial in dealing with our friendly dogs :) Thanks Chris and Philip.

When you have a hole in your copper pipe at 10 pm the night before a major holiday, you just assume you won't have hot water for a couple days. Thank goodness someone answered our phone call. Tyler came out quickly and was cheerful and professional. He worked fast and left our space cleaner then when he got there. Great work, would recommend!

I called Roto-Rooter because a plumbing problem, Ken was prompt to arrive, he accepted a woman's concern and quickly went to work fixing the problem. He is the cleanest plumber I know, knows his stuff, is courteous, knowledgeable, and quick. I will be recommending him to friends.

My toilet was clogged for sometime and i tried everything normal to get rid of it without much success. My landlord referred me to Roto-Rooter and the experience turned out to be really good. The technician came on-time and clearly explained what it will take to clear the clog and the price. He even applied a coupon to lower the price. The guy then cleared it within 2 minutes and was extremely clean in the entire process. Overall it was very efficiently handled. I highly recommend their services to folks who need plumbing help.
