Great service! I called in the morning and Joe had me scheduled and the leaky hose faucet replaced the same day. He gave a 30 min call ahead of the scheduled time to confirm he was on his way and even arrived early. He provided tips on how to work with the home builder and faucet manufacturer to recover the parts cost which failed several years ahead of warranty. He displayed integrity and honesty in his work which isn't easy to come by.

I had a leaky water heater and because it was old, I assumed that it would be wise to just replace it. After looking at the problem, Joe suggested that I repair the old one. He said that it looked to be in OK shape and might last for a while longer. He repaired the old one and all works well. I appreciated his honesty.
