Roto-Rooter

Their customer service staff was great and the prices seem competitive, but experience with one of their techs, Tyler, seemed to indicate this particular Roto-Rooter franchise/Red Barn plumbing isn't particularly competent. I called to have the sewers checked as part of a house inspection. They said they could usually get the camera down the vent pipe, or by pulling the toilet. Our agent coordinated with the home owner to have this done. Turns out Tyler wasn't able to get the camera down the vent pipe, said the only way to get the camera in was to put in a $1500 clean-out, then just left. I talked to him later in the day and he said the pipe diameter was too small and made too tight of a bend. He also said the sewer went out of the north side of the house (opposite side of any trees). Later, when I went into the crawl space, it was clear the sewer goes out of the south side of the house, and the 3" pipe with sweeping bends seemed plenty spacious for a drain camera. Paying $235 for completely false information doesn't make me inclined to use this location again.

I was out of town for work and our toilets were not flushing correctly. This was becoming quite a hassle for my wife so I called a plumber to fix the problem. They came and augered our 2 toilets and "did not find anything". They only recommended that we replace both toilets through them. Then charged us $170 for the "service". The toilets still did not work when he left so basically charged us $170 for not helping us at all. Personally, I'd recommend you use a different plumber.
