Really not a good service or quality of food. Took a bunch of goes to get the food delivered. Then eventually when it was, left on my doorstep all night. The meals don’t freeze well. Rice is freezer burnt, potato wedges are soggy, and all the meat has a strange taste like they used old or dirty oil? I don’t know that’s a guess as I just can’t put my finger on the taste. I’d email this in but after my interactions with their customer service rep not sure this would ever get seen by anyone else. Is definitely not use this service again.

I’ve been ordering from this company for close to 6 months. I mainly use their a la carte frozen meals for dieting, but I honesty don’t feel like I’m on much of a diet cause it’s so damn good! The scale tells a different story, I’ve been successfully controlling my weight for the past 6 months. Doug is more than accommodating and now with them working with Purolator, my deliveries come even quicker and cheaper! Highly recommend them. Great variety as well.

Food usually tastes good but too often there is something not fresh or even moldy. Too expensive for the lack of quality. Further, their customer service does not do anything to replace these meals or compensate for their mistakes such as missed days. Lastly, I believe they underestimate their calorie count. I would gross up what they tell you by at least 30%.

I have dealt with this caterer for over 4 years, and have always had a great experience. They are very accommodating and deliver affordable and tasty meals made with good quality ingredients!

I'm on my third plan with Rose Reisman food and can't recommend enough. Food is delicious, they never miss a delivery, the edamame beans are the best. A++
